Aaron's past experiences include Key Account Manager, Business Development/Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Supplier Developer and Quality Engineer. He understands how cultural limitations can endanger productivity or even shut down facilities due to a lack of open communication. Aaron has worked across multi-cultural boundaries, including Japanese, French, German, Swiss, and American Companies.

As a lead communicator in manufacturing relationships for over 30 years, Aaron has worked with contacts from numerous businesses including: Rivian, General Motors, Toyota Motor Company, Otis Elevator Company, Uniscan, Honda Motors, Ford, Cummins, International Truck, Alpine Radios, Clarion, Sony, Panasonic, Tanashin Radios Mechanisms, University of Nebraska, and Penn State University.

Aaron's specific industry experience includes: elevator belts; automotive seats and door trim; audio systems cassette mechanisms; ABS wheel speed sensors; oil level sensors; high temperature (500-1000°C) sensors; pressure, knock, and NOX sensors; idle air bypass valves; and automotive engine ignition wires.
